We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

How to Start a Return

1. Submit a request
Email us at service@shopcako.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos and/or videos of the item

  • The reason for the return

We’ll review your request within 3 business days.

2. Prepare your return package
If your return is approved, please securely pack the item in its original packaging whenever possible, including all tags, boxes, dust bags, and accessories.

Please include the following information inside the package:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The item(s) being returned

  • The reason for the return

3. Send it back
If approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.

Please note:

  • Returns must be authorized before shipping

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation, as we’re unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit

Return Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For orders that received free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the express company selected.

  • If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the customer is not required to bear the return shipping fee.

What Can & Can’t Be Returned

Eligible for return:

  • Items in original condition

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items

Not eligible for return:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale items

  • Intimates, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective)

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Clearance items

  • Underwear

  • Customized items

  • Monogrammed items

  • Face masks

Order Processing, Changes & Cancellations

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped.

If the cancellation request is made before shipment and within the cancellation period stated above, the order can be cancelled successfully.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Returns are typically processed within 14 business days after arrival

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and that you’re available to receive your package.

We’re unable to issue refunds for orders that are lost, destroyed, or returned due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Failure to cooperate with customs clearance

If the package cannot be recovered under these circumstances, it will not be eligible for a refund.
