30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags and packaging

• Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, odors, and other signs of wear

How to Start a Return

1. Submit a request
Email us at support@shopcako.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Photos or videos of the item if the return involves damage, a defect, or an incorrect item

We’ll review your request and reply with the next steps within 3 business days.

2. Prepare Your Return Package
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the applicable return address and return instructions.

Please include the following information inside the package:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• The item or items being returned

• The reason for the return

Please pack the items securely in their original packaging whenever possible, including all original tags, dust bags, boxes, and accessories.

3. Send Your Return

Please note:

• Returns must be authorized before they are shipped

• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

• Please use the return address provided in your return authorization email

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service with signature confirmation

• CAKO is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit

Return Shipping Fees

For returns due to personal preference, sizing, fit, color choice, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost will depend on the carrier and shipping service selected by the customer.

If the return is due to our error, including an item received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide alternative return instructions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual standard outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

What Can and Cannot Be Returned

Eligible for Return

• Eligible items returned within the return period and in their original condition

• Items received damaged or defective

• Incorrect items sent by us

Not Eligible for Return

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery

• Non-defective items returned without their original tags or required packaging

• Items specifically marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” before purchase

• Underwear, intimate apparel, swimwear, face masks, and other hygiene-sensitive products, unless defective

• Customized or personalized items

• Monogrammed items

These exclusions do not apply where an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.

Order Processing, Changes & Cancellations

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through our order-processing system. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

This section does not limit any statutory cancellation rights that may apply in your country or region.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After the refund has been issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider

Important Return Information

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law

• Approved returns are typically inspected and processed within 14 business days after arriving at our return facility

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

• Refund deductions, where applicable, will be explained before or when the refund is processed

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, telephone number, and other delivery information are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for:

• Monitoring the tracking information

• Remaining available to receive the package

• Collecting the package from a local collection point when required

• Contacting the local carrier to arrange redelivery when necessary

• Completing any required customs clearance or identity verification

• Paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges

Where tracking information or the local carrier indicates that customer action is required, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the email address or contact information provided with the order.

Carrier notifications and tracking updates may also be sent directly by the local carrier. Customers remain responsible for taking the required action within the carrier’s specified time frame.

Unclaimed, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages

A package may be returned to the sender, abandoned, or disposed of by the local carrier if delivery cannot be completed due to:

• An incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address
• An incorrect telephone number or other contact information
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
• Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period
• Refusal of delivery
• Failure to contact the local carrier or arrange redelivery
• Failure to complete customs clearance or identity verification
• Failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges
• Failure to respond to delivery or collection notifications within the required time frame

If a package is returned to us for a customer-related reason, any refund or reshipment will be considered only after the returned package has been received and inspected.

The following costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law:

• Original shipping charges
• Return-to-sender charges
• Customs duties or taxes
• Storage or handling fees
• Redelivery or reshipping costs
• Other carrier charges resulting from the failed delivery

If a package is abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise becomes unrecoverable because the customer failed to collect it, respond to delivery notices, contact the local carrier, arrange redelivery, complete customs clearance, or take another action required by the carrier within the specified time frame, no refund or replacement will be provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This rule does not apply where the delivery failure resulted primarily from an error by CAKO or the carrier and the customer was not given a reasonable opportunity to receive, collect, or recover the package.

CAKO is not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer or by the customer’s failure to take reasonable action required by the carrier after notification.

Applicable Consumer Rights

This Returns & Refunds Policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, the applicable law will prevail.
