Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CAKO. Below you will find information about our order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and international shipping policies.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$149 or more after discounts and before taxes, duties, and shipping fees.

For orders displayed in currencies other than USD, the free-shipping threshold is based on the equivalent of US$149. The applicable shipping fee and eligibility for free shipping will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping is charged separately.

Order Processing Time

• Processing time is the period between when an order is placed and when it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding public holidays.

1. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. We will begin processing your order as soon as possible. You can check your order status through our Track Your Order page.
2. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Estimated processing times, delivery times, shipping fees, and available shipping methods are listed below.

We partner with local carriers and will select the most suitable shipping provider based on your delivery address.

Note:

• Estimated delivery times do not include the standard 3–5 business day processing period.
• Processing may take an additional 1–2 business days during peak seasons, promotional periods, and public holidays.
• We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses, including APO and FPO addresses.
• Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes requested after an order has been placed may result in additional charges or delivery delays.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

We currently do not offer split shipments. If you purchase in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, the in-stock items will be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship.

Monogramming Service

Orders that include customized or monogrammed items require an additional 4 business days for processing.

Customized or monogrammed items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Singapore.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

CAKO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
